About Us

At RDS, we partner with non-profit organizations that are “called to care” and have a “passion to serve” others, by providing organizational development services. These services include incorporation in all 50 states, filing tax-exempt (501(c) (3) applications (Form 1023) with IRS, and completing all documents within 10-30 days. We also guarantee approval of all documents. 

During the past 25 years we have provided professional services to over 500 clients, including: charter schools, Christian schools, group homes, churches, urban outreach organizations, grief & counseling ministries, business councils, athletic teams, theaters, foreign mission agencies, orphan homes, etc. We have had the privilege to both witness and assist people with hearts of compassion to serve and minister to those in need around the world.
